Nestling on a dazzling, white sand beach in a secluded bay, against a backdrop of hills and rainforest, Carlisle Bay is simply stunning. 82 suites of the hotel overlook the beach and bay, are beautifully decorated and effortlessly stylish, featuring cool, calm interiors, bespoke furniture, luxurious silks, a large day bed on every private balcony or terrace.

Indigo on the Beach, the main dining room, sits in the open-air right on the sand, with a lovely view. East, for fine dining, is oriental in flavour and in some of its decoration. It is also possible to dine on the beach and pier. The Jetty Grill, at the far end of the beach, offers light lunches on a deck and drinks till dusk.
